Balanced Stay near Opera Garnier

close locationfriendly staffrespectful staffsmall roomdirty areapoor cleanliness
The hotel is close to many attractions. It is a short walk to Opera Garnier. The staff are friendly and courteous. I got great tips about places to explore.
The room was small. It did not resemble a 4 stars hotel to me. Common areas needed more cleaning.
